I am a professional artist from rural Northwest Ohio. I am mostly self taught with the exception that my mother was an art teacher and my grandmother was a professional ceramic artist. I have about forty years experience in doing art work. My style is really diverse and can include from realism to doing abstract. I am an artist that does not like being steriotyped as being just a realist or just a dark artist for example.

I am the type of artist that has to paint or do other forms of art everyday. When I am not doing art work I am still doing art in my head. Trying to envision the next piece I can do.

Over the years I have done thousands of works and I still am like a little kid when I achieve a great piece. I still get a real natural rush out of it. Along the way I have come in contact with some really great artist and art enthusiast and for that I am truly blessed.

I am a member and teacher at the Wolf Creek Art League here in Kenton Ohio. I am also a member and moderator of many online art groups. I have won numorous awards for my work and have had my illustrations in a few books and magazines.
